Exceedingly unmotivated this morning.
Need to get on my elliptical. Would like to stay in bed. Am hungry and would prefer ice cream for breakfast.

A place for people to share ideas, articles, hearsay, old wives tales, scientific proof and anecdotal evidence about what helps them quit something and how it feels doing it, or how it feels when we continue to fail. The above mentioned 'something' can be overeating, sugar, too little exercise, too much exercise, smoking, nagging your partner, obsessing, gossiping, not gossiping enough, being a Republican for that matter...any habit you want to change.
yay day three down, workout wasn't nearly as bad as expected.
